Can I obtain or see a faked label?

All of the fansites I checked say it's an unobtainable item. Is this item currently unobtainable still? Also, are there any sightings of this label, if so where?

For now is an Unobtainable Item. Only can see it on Market.

For how it looks (same as a Label, nothing special) and how old is (7.8. August 1, 2006. Summer Update 2006) it I think is just the remains of a discarded idea probably for a quest.
