Can I participate in both store and restricted tournaments simultaneously?

Due to the Sunset of Tournaments, this question is outdated.

I was wondering if this is possible because I heard some streamer said you can only join one at a time but this was a long time ago, wondering if things changed.

"No, you can't. Players can only play one active Tournament on the same account at any given point of time."
