Hi, what is the optimal healing rotation Hp/Mana for a Paladin? Are there differences between low/mid/high level?

Are Potions better than Spells?

I can help here! 1050 RP

1- Divine Healing (If have 50%+ of mana and don't take strong hits)

2- Divine Healing + Great Mana Potion (If the mana is under 50% and dont take strong hits)

3- Salvation + Ultimate Spirit Potion (In case of emergency or if you take strong hit every time)

U can use Utura if u want but its not worth it, u will waste 1 Heal turn for utura when if u use exura gran san u will get more hp.

Anyway im going to give u some IMPORTANT TIPS FOR IMPROVING YOUR ROTATION

As many ppl know u have 4 diferent turns in game that u can use at the same time without restriction,
Heal turn (1s) - Utility turn (2s) - Potion turn (1s) - Atack turn (2s)

U always can conbine 2 turns at the exactly same time only if u dont use 2 objects.

EXAMPLE
U cant use - Potion + Avalanche (cause are 2 objects)                             ITEMS HAVE 1S COOLDOWS BETWEEN
U can use - Exura gran san + Divine caldera

The perfect Rotation is:

Heal + potion                                                                     Sec 1
Atack (rune or spell) + support (Floor, utito, chain.. etc)   Sec 2
Heal + Potion                                                                    Sec 3

And Restart, in this rotation u have 2 healing spells/turn - 2 potions/turn + 1 atack + 1 support spell!

I hope i helped u
