During years we travel between cities/island with captains and in some cases with pirates, but of all this brave sea dogs who of this have a good history or relevance?

I don’t know if it has a story but the one captains that I think it might have a good relevance or history is the fearless captain in venore bc he is not afraid of traveling to any place even in the route of the ghost ship and the npc from port hope and liberty bay who take you to random isles... (sorry never actually looked the story of ship npcs)
