I saw this item on cyclopedia from new update. What it is and how to obtain exaltation chest?

Not only when succesfully upgrading, if your forge fails, you get one as well with the remaining item(s)

One is obtained containing the resulting item(s) when using the Exaltation Forge to fuse items or transfer tiers.  ¹

Additional Information's:

It cannot be equipped in Backpack slot. It is "flat" like backpacks (does not rise items up as regular chest).  Is tradable on the market.
