If I understand good while doing mission 3 in Blood Brothers Quest you need to say "Alori Mort" second time to Armenius. There are two answers which you can hear (answer after you will be teleported: Oh, the nerve. Go to the rats which raised you.), if you get teleport - don't back to NPC Julius just go to the tavern with Armenius ( you need to walk on one of first sqm near doors).
