Where to team hunt Druid + Paladin lvl 250+?

Where can a duo Druid and Paladin (Both lvl 250+) hunt at?
What is the experience per hour for those places?
What is the profit?

You should go Asura Palace without killing the Frost Flower Asuras.

EXP/H: 2.7 - 3kk/h

Profit: 150-300k/h without counting imbuements.

Asura Palace is a good, as Lootmeiistern said.

Another good place to hunt RP+ED would be Walls, u can make a good Xp/Profit there.

Wz4 is another good option, but it will depends on your set and charm runes, further U will spend  points or suspicious device to enter there.
