Currently I came across a character who has returned to Dawnport to which his intention is to accomplish the achievements that he does not have due to the fact that he has a certain vocation or has chosen a side of a quest. Is it possible for this character to accomplish all the achievements using the same mechanics of returning to Dawnport and doing another vocation?

hum, good question but I believe that this is a little bit too temporal question. I mean, new achievements are always coming. Maybe you should ask straightforward if it is possible to obtain all achievements possible with one character, even the ones with vocation or alignment restriction? Surprisingly,  I can't find a question about it on our database

I changed the question. Maybe it will reflect better what you have in mind?

Yes!

Rooking or "being rooked" occurs when a character on the mainland dies or is killed so many times that his experience points drop below 1500. This would normally downgrade such a character from level 6 to level 5, but there is a special rule that, instead, resets him/her to level 1 on Dawnport.

All possessions except those in the character's depots, including his/her Bank Account, spells and quests are deleted upon being rooked. However, Achievements and Charm Points will remain assigned to him/her.

So this would allow you to repeat quests and took different paths to earn different achievements, or choosing a different vocation  granting the character more achievement points to earn.
