How to obtain Ghost's Tear?

To kill the boss Arthei we must have the Ghost's Tear which NPC A Fading Memory during a quest gives us. However, this NPC doesn't give it to us after finishing the quest. Is it possible to get it anywhere other than buy from Black Bert?

Answer for your question is NO. So far there is no other option than buying a tear from npc for 50k each, I saw on the tibia.com forum that people raised this "problem" but I doubt that something has changed in this respect, it is also not such a difficult task as long as you collect several people then of this, then the 15kk will split into several people.
