Can Omrafir disappear?

Like the other bosses, they disappear after some time. How does it work with Omrafir? Does he stay until ss like gazharagoth or just disappear after some time?

Yes, he can disappear. Different to other bosses, Omrafir stays alive for a lot of hours but he can disappear. I'm not sure about the exact number of hours he can stay, but based on my experience I can afirm that more than 8 hours.

Yes 

Some time ago my team ago, me and my team fought this boss and fail.

The exact respawn time we dont know exactly but we keep fighting  around 12 hours, and after that time he desappear.
