Is it possible to know the times a character is online?

I would like to know if it's possible to know at what times a character has been online.

You can check the official website to see the last login of a character. 
You can also check the fansite "guildstats.eu" and there you will see the amount of hours a character has been online per day.

But is it possible to check if a character was online on x day at x hour?

Unless you have some sort of web scraping script and store this data, I don't think so.

I also don't think any website/fansite is really doing that, so it would need to be something you'd do yourself.
