When a raid of monsters spawn, can any of the creatures have dust?

When a monster raid happens, can the summoned creatures appear with dust?

For example: The Lancer Beetle raid in Zao. Can the Lancer Beetles summoned appear with dust for the forge? Or is it only regular spawned monsters?

Only creatures which 1) have the occurrence common 2) are not part of a raid, and 3) are not located on Dawnport, Rookgaard, (Island of Destiny) or in boss lairs as well as in arenas can become influenced or fiendish monsters. Also, only lootable creatures can become fiendish.
