What are the limitations of using a Teleport scroll?

Question

When used, the temple teleport scroll will send the character immediately to their home temple. A temple teleport scroll cannot be used in No-Logout Zones or if the character has a Logout Block or Protection Zone Block

I would like to know what limitations of use exist apart from those mentioned above.  I would also like to know if there is any difference with respect to the teleport scroll that can be purchased in the store for Tibia coins.

Teleport Scrolls cannot be used inside Bosses Rooms either, as they are no-log zones. The Store and Daily Reward version have the same attributes and limitations.
