Is it possible to loot new IKS equipment items from Atab?

Question

A friend and I were discussing about the mini-boss Atab.

Since there are a few bosses like the Ancient Lion Knight and every mini-boss in Cobra Bastion that can actually drop a lion & cobra item respectively, we were wondering if someone knows if it's possible to loot a new Iks equipment item from Atab?

My boss group has already killed more than 2500 Atabs, and no one dropped any equipment.

So far there is no evidence that he drops the new iks equipment.
