Does anyone know what this place in Yalahar Minotaurs at Foreign Quarter?

There is sqm of "grates, hatches", you can't use it, and -1 there is a ladder.

This is one of the spots of Tibia that can't be reached, not sure if they will implement a way to acess it in the future, but it remains unreachable for now.
