What is this island north of Draconia?

I cant seem to figure out the name or how to get to this little island on the map.

This island is part of Realm of Dreams Quest for music box tame item, tibia fandom dont have much screenshots from this part of quest (only few from beginning) so i will add spoiler from Tibiopedia.pl it has more screenshots but spoiler is in polish.
