Not yet, but last year CipSoft implemented the option to reset quests. Currently, it's only possible to reset the Jack to the Future Quest for 100kk, but in the future this option will also be available for other quests, including The Djinn War Quest.
There's no confirmed date yet, we'll just have to wait and see. But the price will be quite high, probably 100kk.
