Why is the paladin the one vocation that can add its speed spells?

Question

Paladin can add spells utani hur and utamo tempo san, and the speed of both spells are added, 

If you use speed spells on other vocation, spells are not added.

For example, if you use utani gran hur with sorcerer, and then use utani hur, your speed goes down. If you use utamo tempo san with a paladin and then use utani hur, your speed goes up.

At least for me, its just looks like bug. But there still no official reply from Cipsoft.

It's a bug. Liamas confirmed on the forum that he already reported it.
