Just letting you know you need to include the tags for which quests your talking about and only an amount of 5 world events can be tagged. I'm not sure the answer to your question I want to say Lightbearer, it started back in 2009.

The first 2 world event implemented in game was the Lightbearer and Hot Cuisine quest on the summer update 8.5 in 2009.

The official first introduction to Word Quests happened 26th of August 2010- Tibia.com- Rise of Devovorga - The first Tibia world quest.

following the introducing pilot/test events: Lightbearer and Jean Pierre (Hot Cuisine) in 2009.
