Is it possible to flame torch after world failed Lightbearer?

Lightbearer event is active 4 days, but it is still possible to continue flaming torch after world failed? It's still important for people whose want to collect charm points.

Sadly, It is not possible. When the world fails nobody can lit them again. So you have no way of making the charm creatures to spawn.
