How to get to know about ingame player-made events?

Question

Hi, some time ago I knew about guild anniversary events with games, raffles and draws.

Party events with some topic and things like that.

Is there a forum or a thread I can see those?

Hi, normally all this things are on www.Tibia.com on World Forum section. They create there on the specific server the thread with all the info.

Currently, the most popular method of advertising player-made events is the World board of the world where the event is taking place. Players will usually also use the Advertising, English chat or World chat to advertise the event directly in the game.

Other than that, there's a fansite dedicated to events - Tibia Events that contains a section with event announcements.

Finally, some players will also go to the Gameplay board to advertise the event.
