Is there any way to access the rook tutorial island?

Years ago all player started on the tutorial island. Today I don't know anybody can access the island.

Is there any way to access the Rookgaard tutorial island?

No, however the tutorial side still exists on Rookgaard and the only way to get there is to have a character that hasn't leave that side.

Since there is Dawnport introduced, there is no way anymore to reach Tutorial Island.

But there is a new tutorial. If you create a new character you can skip the tutorial on tibia.com by crossing the question for it or play it.
