Is it possible to own 3 houses and a guild hall on a single character?

Hi, with the recent housing changes I've been wondering if it's possible for one character to own 3 regular houses and a guild house as well?

I found this verbiage but to make sure I posted on forums asking a CM and they said yes, it's possible to own 3 houses and 1 guildhall see links below if your interested

Also, keep in mind that there are restrictions: only Premium players can rent or bid for houses, and they cannot rent more than three houses per account. In addition to this limit, guild leaders can rent one guildhall.
