How to check my FPS and ping in Tibia client?

Is there a way to check my current FPS and/or latency directly in the Tibia client?

Press Alt + F8 while in game. This will display your current FPS and latency in the top left corner of the game window.

This can be seen with the Client Help and Alt + F8 is the default key assignment, which can be changed under the Hotkey section.
