What happens if I use a Desintegrate Rune at Galthen's Chestplate during the battle against Scarlett Etzel?

During the battle against Scarlet Etzel I must use the  Galthen's Chestplate to stop her, when I use the item disappear and return to the original place in room after some time. My question is, what happens if I use a  Disintegrate Rune on the Galthen's Chestplate? Will the armor reappear normally?

From my own experience I can say that armor will disappear, but it won't respawn again till new person enter the boss. So if someone will use desintegrate rune on the armor then you won't be able to kill this boss.

I didn't even know that this is how it works with desintegrate :O In my opinion, this should work, probably a lot of people use this bug..

Well, maybe they will repair it after.. 2 years like Ferumbras' Mortal Shell and hur up spot xD
