Does the 60 minutes of energy that Firewalker boots have mean 60 minutes total, or 60 minutes of walking on fire?

Looking to go get some Firewalker boots and Im curious, is the 60 minutes of energy in a fully charge pair of boots mean 60 minutes of walking on fire, or 60 minutes of wearing them?

Any help much appreciated

The 60 minutes ticks down whenever you have them on. The timer works the same as Soft Boots or a ring with a time limit. I tested with my pair to verify.
