What are the drop chances of "Bag you Desire"?

As mentioned here this item drops from the new bosses of Soul War Quest, so I'd like to know what are the chances the bosses to drop the Bag you desire? If I remember well, every time you kill a boss your chances increase, if it's correct how works this system?

It will probably take a long time until we know what the chances are, since they are clearly low. 

As for the second part of your question: yes, the more Goshnar's Taints you have, the higher the chance to drop Soul Set items from the bosses and the Soul War quest creatures. From what we have seen the past few days, these drops happen indirectly through the Bag You Desire.
