How does name change affect houses?

Question

If I change my character name (extra service or name lock) will I lose my house or guildhall? Also, if I'm invited to other houses, will I lose the access?

You won't lose your house/guildhall, however you'll lose access to other people's house/guildhall.

Hi!

No, if you use a Name Change you will not lose your House or Guildhouse. It will update automatically. If you are invited to a house you will lose the access but your old name will not so be sure to deleted it. If someone creates a character after the 6 months with the same name of your old name this person will could enter of the house without problem so take care with that.
