Can multiple Astral Shaper Runes be used the same day?

Question

When I fail trying to tame the Stone Rhino and the taming item Astral Shaper Rune (blue) turns into an Inert Astral Shaper Rune (white) it says "The rune has become inert and will need some hours to regain full strength."

I know the Inert version has a 20h cooldown to become blue and usable again but my question is if I can bring multiple Astral Shaper Runes and try more than once to tame the Stone Rhino each SS?

Yes, you can the cooldown is on the astral shaper rune not on per character.

Yes, you can use as much astral shaper runes you have, the cooldown its only on the rune not on the character you have use.
