It was said that the mounts/outfits bought with tourmament coins could be used by any character of the account, but... What happens with the characters created after the purchase?
Well, if we read the Tournaments FAQ it says:
Mounts or outfits purchased with Tournament Coins are available for all characters on the account, including future ones.

So it looks like it works for future characters aswell.
