How does the Lift system work in Ab'dendriel?

Question

In Ab'dendriel there are "lifts" and you can use them as free transportation in Ab'dendriel. I want to know-

1) Where are they located? Let's say I use them, where will I end up?

2) Can free accounts also use them?

3) Do I need to download an app? (Just kidding lol)

As far as I know there are 6 lifts. I've marked them with the circles and connected them with a line to the lift you end up at. The blue dot travels from the Central Platform to the underground just West of depot.

The lift to the Harbour is called the Harbour Lift.

The lift to the middle area is called the Central Platform Lift.

The lift to the North is called the Coastwood Lift.

The lift underground is called the Shadow Cave Lift.

Unfortunately I am not Free Account and can't test if they are usable or not.
