How long does it take for a name change to take effect?

Hello, 

I am wanting to purchase a name change via the TC store. I checked Tibia wiki and no information was offered relating to whether it is instant, or whether I need to wait until SS for it to take effect. 

How long does it take for a name change to take effect?

From Tibia FAQ:

"It is possible to change your character's name. However, note that a fee will be asked for this service.

To rename your character, please do the following:

Log into the game with the character you would like to rename.

Click in your inventory on the icon for the Store. Select "Name Change" under "Extra services". You will be asked to enter your new character name. If the name is available, your character will be renamed instantly.
If the name is not available, no Tibia Coins are charged. In this case, you can simply try again with a different name."
