Why does "Golden Idol of Tukh" appear in different quests?

The "Golden Idol of Tukh"   are loot from Gazer Spectre  and something curious happens: the idol appears in the scenario of different quests (Mysterious Ornate Chest Quest, The Dream Courts Quest, Cobra Bastion Quest).

Is there any relationship between these quests that involve this idol? 

What is the meaning of this idol in each quest?

This appear in almost  every place that have direc telation ship whit prime artefacts, so the same idol  (living idol of tukh) is one of its, also tukh its a deiti of iksupan which its related to a another dimension creatures, and also the prime artefacts are related to a dimensional problems like the almanach of oberon

Sorry im not too familiar with ankrahmun lore but what your saying is this item is tied to just ankrahmun only? Why would it appear it many quests? Are they quests all related to Ankrahmun?
