How can I know if a report that I've made will be accepted or not?

When I do reports about players cheating or talking improperly, I see at my Account Management that sometimes they receive the processed status after a long period of pending... What these words mean? Is there any way to know if my report was useful at all?

• Pending, means that you are waiting to be evaluated by a Cipsoft employee.
• Processed, it only means that your report has already been evaluated, but it does not guarantee the punishment.

There is no way to know, if your report resulted in a punishment or not (Just if the character was deleted or you ask to the player).
