Does the runes and spells have a limit damage?

Question

There is know that the damage of runes/spells depends on the skills of your characters, but... I wonder Do the spells and runes have limit damage as wands have?

	Wand of Decay
	It is half-rotten itself and reeks terribly.
Used by:	Sorcerers of level 19 or higher.
Damage: Source:	Average 30 Death Damage per turn. Wand of Decay

The only limited damage runes I can think of are field runes:

• Fire field
• Energy field
• Poison field
• Fire wall
• Energy wall
• Poison wall
• Fire bomb
• Energy bomb
• Poison bomb

All other attack runes have a variable damage, that has a range which depends on player level/ml/skill

Even soulfire depends on players magic level.. 

. 

The ones Im not 100% sure are the damage over time spells, such as: utori pox, utori kor, etc...
