Do the parcels expire if the receiver doesn't log in for a long time?

I wanna know if I send a parcel to a char but the person I sent it to doesn't enter for a long time, does the parcel expire and disappear?

Nope, it will never vanish at all. No matter if he logs in the game or not.

I can confirm because I was retired for several years and I never lost a parcel at all!
