What is the lowest level that I can tame Walker Mount or a Magma Crawler?

What is the lowest level at which you can get Magma Crawler or Walker mount? (with or without help)

For magma crawler you gotta be 80+ as you do need the points to access the warzone. For the walker... I think if you have a big enough party that can keep you safe, you can do it at lvl 8 asking to be escorted to the Rathleton temple from the boat.

If you get level 80 to do the Magma Crawler, at the same level can do solo the Walker mount.
